GOATEX is a Malaysian headwear and outdoor apparel brand built on one belief — good gear should be made properly, not mass-produced. Every cap in our lineup is designed in-house and hand-sewn from start to finish, so what you get isn't a copy, it's the real thing.

Every GOATEX cap starts on our own workshop floor in Ketereh, Kelantan — not a factory line. We cut, stitch, and finish each piece by hand using industrial machines like our double-needle Bortnof and dedicated visor stitcher, the same tools skilled tailors have relied on for decades. From trucker caps to corduroy snapbacks, nothing leaves our hands unless we'd wear it ourselves.

Q: Where is GOATEX made?
All our caps are designed and hand-sewn in-house at our workshop in Ketereh, Kelantan.

Q: What cap styles do you offer?
We currently offer trucker, snapback, bucket, 5-panel, and corduroy caps, with new styles added regularly.

Q: How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped  across Malaysia.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes — reach out to us via WhatsApp or our Contact Us page and we’ll help sort it out.

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
Some styles are limited runs. Follow our socials for restock updates.
